Two weeks old and rolling over!

That's right Vincent rolled from his tummy onto his back yesterday. Travis and I couldn't believe it. We were so excited to see it happen. I put him on his tummy and he was being so cute and happy looking like a little frog with his hands and legs spread out. Then he tucked his left arm and leg in and pushed with his right leg and turned onto his side and then rolled onto his back. (it took him a while but that's okay) Now maybe I'm just new at this stuff but I think this is pretty early to have done that. I have no idea if he will do it again any time soon so that is why I'm recording it now.
Last night was the best night sleep I've had since we have brought Vincent home. First of all Travis didn't snore!!! And I gave Vincent a bottle before he went to sleep to make sure he was getting enough to eat and he slept for 5 hours. It was wonderful. He usually wakes up ever 2-3 hours and then eats for 30-45 minutes while I'm trying to keep him awake to eat enough to sleep longer. He has been really happy this morning. I hope everyone has a great weekend and a good Holiday on Monday!

Hi Travis and Amy! This is Pam Brookhouser (mother of Sarah, and mother-in-law to Jon, and Grandma to your niece and nephew!) I think I covered myself there. I just wanted to say Welcome to the World, Vincent. He is so adorable and cute, and so is his big sister Whitney. Congratulations to all of you!! What a stud he is aleady turning over!

Love Ya!
Pam

P.S. Thanks for the picture of Whitney. I truly miss her, and am very grateful for the times that I got to hold her when I was in Idaho. I have saved on my computer all the pictures that Sarah sent of her... In some she is posing with Mikayka. They are just the sweetest pix. What a celestial baby.

We have a new blog undercontruction at: the brookhouser.blogspot.com

He's a Shreeve Genuis! I tell you he'll be riding a bike and speaking full sentences in 5 languages by 1 year! We are that amazing!
